*Fedex International Mail Service is not Fedex Express. It is trackable, but slow. However, we have a 100% delivery success rate with it, so in cases where USPS cannot manage the international delivery (eg. Hong Kong), FIMS is our shipper of choice. Tracking can be checked here.
